Stonebridge Commons Mandalay Metro West

Mandalay is a subdivision inside of the Stonebridge Commons community. Stonebridge Commons’ main entrance is Ducados Point on John Trent Jones Dr.  Upon entering you will see the amenities center and clubhouse. If you turn right on Metro Sevilla Dr. all of the homes there are Mandalay subdivision homes. Stonebridge Commons is located 5.5 miles to the west of downtown Orlando Florida and to the north of Turkey Lake.

Mandalay at Stonebridge is a townhome community some of which will be referred to as condos. There are 98 homes in this portion of Stonebridge commons. Many of the homes overlook one of the large community ponds or Mandalay’s tennis courts and central park area. Some albeit few even have a view of the pool. These homes were built between the years of 2004 and 2005 and vary in size from approximately 2000 square feet to 2,369 square feet of living area. The largest homes having 2 car garages, 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The amenities include a community pool, pool house, fitness and community park which are all very nice. The ponds which the homes overlook have fountains and add a lot to the already attractive community.

Living in Mandalay puts you in the middle of Metrowest and all that it has to offer. The area of Metrowest was designed to keep its residents in close proximity to all that they would normally need on a daily basis. Within the nearby area there is a Walmart Supercenter, shops, service providers and coffee shops. To the north is Valencia College’s West Campus and if you are so inclined there are numerous lakes and parks within a few minutes of driving. To the south 10 minutes away is Universals Orlando Resort, Islands of Adventure, Volcano Bay and several shopping malls.
