The Tradewinds is a condominium community in Orlando Florida. The Tradewinds can be found 5 miles west of downtown Orlando in Metrowest. This community is located less than 1-mile northwest of Valencia College’s West Campus and its’ main entrance is on S. Hiawassee Rd. and clearly marked.

The Tradewinds is a community of approximately 544 units. That is a lot of condos for one community.
