Windsor Hills is located approximately 4 miles southwest of Disney’s Epcot. The main entrance to the community is located on the west side of North Old Lake Wilson Road on Teascone Boulevard. The entrance is plainly and elegantly marked.

Windsor Hills Resort is a very large resort and has not only traditional homes but also townhomes, condos and villas.  The community is over ½ of a square mile. In order to be competitive in the resort business in Kissimmee a community has to have outstanding amenities. Windsor Hills was aware of that and planned it from the very beginning. The amenities include an large resort style pool overlooking Reedy Lake, children’s slash park and water slide, large courtyards spread through the community, several children’s playgrounds, well lit tennis courts, basketball courts, a seven hole putting green and a volleyball court. The clubhouse has much more including a sundry shop, gaming center, fitness center and even an ATM.

Windsor Hills began construction in 2004 and was mostly completed by 2008. The traditional homes in the community vary in size from 1,390 square feet to 3,232 square feet of living space and up to 6 bedrooms and 5 baths. The townhomes range from 1,204 sf. to 1640 sf. of living space. And the condos range in size from 1,081 sf. to 1,450 sf. If you are from outside of Florida we do not calculate balconies, patios or garage spaces into the square footage. It only includes heated and cooled portions of the homes.
