Windermere Heights is in the Northernmost portion of Dr. Phillips. The homes in this subdivision are located South of Conroy Windermere Rd. and East of Kensington Park. They are easily distinguished by the fact most of them have larger than average lots.
There are not that many homes only approximately 65. Some of the homes are nice homes and some are very nice. The home sizes range from 2,367 sf. to well over 5,000 sf. The most unique thing about them is the size of the lots that they sit on. They are typically much larger than the lots in communities in this same general area. There are no fancy signs announcing the community just streets lined with nice homes with big yards. The first homes in this community were built in 1985 and the most recent one was 2008. If you look close you will even see a home with a go-kart track in their back yard. In the last 5 years only 8 of these homes have sold. If you see a home for sale in this community contact us. You can either exit onto Conroy Rd. or onto Dr. Phillips Blvd. That puts you within a couple of miles of The Grove Shopping Center and the Shoppes at Windermere. Two really good places with stores, restaurants and supermarkets. If you choose to exit on Dr. Phillips Blvd you can be at Universal Orlando Resort or Dining on Restaurant Row in Minutes. Windermere Heights has some very nice homes in a fantastic, yet private location.
