Wendy Morris Realty Attains Platinum Key Certification

ORRA was pleased to announce the launch of a brand-new certification program just for brokers: Excellence in Professionalism - Platinum Key Certification.We are proud to announce our broker Wendy Morris gained the designation !

The Platinum Key Certification (PKC) program builds on the runaway popularity of ORRA’s Excellence in Professionalism - Gold Key Certification, which has been earned by more than 3,000 Orlando REALTORS®. Like GKC, the PKC credential signals to both consumers and other real estate practitioners that a broker is dedicated to practicing the utmost in customer service and brokerage management.

Also like the GKC structure, an entire real estate office has the opportunity to become a PKC certified brokerage. Once the office’s broker receives the PKC and 50 percent of the office’s agents receive the GKC, a brokerage itself is proclaimed to be PKC certified and may advertise itself as such.
