Village Grove is a townhome community in Winter Garden Florida.

It is located South of West Colonial Drive on South Park Avenue. The Southern Side is next to the Florida Turnpike. When you turn down South Park avenue looking for the community you will see the sign on the left just as you pass the pond that is also on the left. The community entrance is about 100 yards further on the right. If you miss it you will end up in Park Avenue estates which is a single-family home community.

Village Grove is one of the most affordable communities in Winter Garden Florida.

Because of that these units seldom come up for sale. There are over 100 units here and a community pool with its own parking. The townhomes vary in size from 756 square feet to 1,770 square feet and there are several sizes in between.  The community is an older townhome community. The first homes here were built in 1984 and some are as new as 2007. There are two reasons this community is popular. The pricing and the location both of those are great.
