Traditions at Winter Garden is a non-gated subdivision.

Traditions is located on the Southern side of beautiful Lake Apopka and ½ of a mile North of the Entrance to Veterans Memorial Park.

Traditions at Winter Garden has approximately 70 single-family homes in the community.

The homes range in size from 1,311 to 1,962 sf. Not including garages etc. The homes were built between 1999 and 2002. There may be exceptions but very few. There is no community park, playground or swimming pool but not to worry. Veterans Memorial Park is a very big park with much to offer. Newton Park and Farnsworth Pool are also just minutes away. Between these parks you will have much more than any gated community park in the area.

There are two entrances to this community. One is from an adjoining community and one is on Bay Street. The entrance on Bay Street is marked with community signs. Traditions at Winter Garden is a great looking subdivision with quite a bit to offer. Primarily the quality of home to price ratio is good for Winter Garden. The location of the community is also excellent. You have the two parks mentioned above and Plant Street just ¼ of a mile East to keep you occupied. You also have a really good commuting road 1 mile away down South Park Avenue. The commuting road is SR 50 also known as West Colonial Dr. If you take South Park Avenue to SR 50 you are at the Winter Garden Regional Shopping Center and West Point Commons. West Point commons has a Publix Supermarket and between these two locations you will not need much more on a regular basis. If you head West on SR 50 you eventually arrive in Orlando. Long before Orlando you pass The West Oaks Mall and Ocoees' Hospital.

As you can see Traditions at Winter Garden has a great location with much to offer. Traditions also has some very nice homes.
