Toscana is a gated community in Orlando Florida.

Toscana’s main entrance is located on the South side of Wallace Rd. and it has another entrance on Turkey Lake Rd. The entrance on Turkey Lake Rd. is the fastest way to Lakeside Toscana.

you can easily see some of the taller rides at Universal’s Volcano Bay. The gated community consists of both traditional single-family homes and townhomes. There are 100 tradition al homes in Toscana and approximately 145 townhomes. The townhomes are on the Southern side and cannot be seen from the Northern entrance.

The smallest single-family home is approximately 2,118 sf. And the largest one is approximately 3,180 sf. Not large homes but larger than many in this area. Most of these homes were built between the years of 2004 and 2007. In the last 5 years 30 homes in Toscana have sold. That is exactly 6% which is the normal number for a steady community.

The townhomes range in size from approximately 2,104 sf. to 2,491 sf. of living area. The townhomes were built between the years of 2005-2006 and on average 9 of them sell every year. Very close to that 6% number that signifies a steady community in this area. There are many great things about Toscana. Not to mention it is gorgeous and a pleasure to visit. On the Southern side of Toscana is the community pool and amenities center. The pool is nice and has a very large pergola to help you get a break from the sun if needed.

It is no secret that the community is very close to Universal.
