Tildens Grove has only one entrance and it is located on the South side of West Lake Butler Road three quarters of a mile East of Winter Garden Vineland Road. The entrance is directly South of McKinnon Road.
One of the nicer communities in this area Tilden’s Grove has a very attractive secure gated entrance. It definitely looks like it belongs next to Casabella and Bellaria. The homes were built from 2001-2008 but very few were built in 2001. There is a community sports court, children’s playground and tennis court West of the entrance on Bonica Way. This is a luxury home community and most of the homes are larger than the average homes in many towns. The smallest home in this Tilden’s Grove is over 3,100 sf. and most of the homes are over 4,000 sf. with the largest home being well over 7,400. Those sizes do not include the garages. There are some lakefront homes in the community on Lake William Davis. There are also 5 ponds providing waterfrontage to many of the homes. As for pricing only 3 of these homes have ever sold for under $500,000 and those were sold over 10 years ago. Many of these homes currently sell or have sold for over one million dollars.
Just a few minutes for the community you have access to the Daniel Webster 429 toll road. From there 20 minutes and you are in downtown Orlando or many of the famous local attractions. Shopping from Tilden’s Grove is very close, the Butler Chain of Lakes are very close and great golf courses are close. The only thing missing is you choosing the right home for sale in Tilden’s Grove.
