Often called Highlands at Summerlake Groves this is a newer sister community to Summerlake. It is located on Summerlake Groves Street approximately 1-mile South of Summerlake. Summerlake Groves Street goes South to Seidel Road.
Summerlake Groves is a mixed community of both traditional single family homes and townhomes. Highlands has its own amenities including a large dog park, 2 tennis courts, children’s playground, amenities center and community pool. All of the amenities are centrally located and there are parking spaces along the side of the road.
The sizes range from approximately 1600 sf. to over 4,000 sf. of living space. The first homes were built in 2014 and they could be finished with the community in 2018. The townhomes range in size from 1,600 to over 2,200 of living space. Summerlake Groves is not as large as Summerlake to the North but it is still a very nice community with nice amenities.
One of the Reasons this community is rapidly growing is the location. There are several beautiful lakes in the area and there is an explosion of modernization and growth. The lakes nearby are beautiful and clear. Until recently some of the lakes were not even accessible. Now they can be enjoyed for generations to come.
Many people who look to purchase here will be commuting to work. One of the great things about Summerlake Groves is you can access the Daniel Webster Western Beltway (429) Toll Road by going either North or South. Seidel Road has a Southbound 429 Ramp. New Independence Parkway to the North has 429 access ramps which head North and South.
