Summerport is a non-gated community in Northern Windermere Florida and its main entrance is just 1.6 miles South of the Daniel Webster 429 on the Western side of Winter Garden Vineland Road. This is a large and very popular community with several entrances. There is a wide variety of homes in Summerport and there are even some townhomes. The first homes built in this subdivision were built in 2003 and most of the homes were completed by 2007. The traditional homes in Summerport range in size from 1,300 to almost 4,600 sf. of living space (not including garage). There are some townhomes, villas and condos which are smaller.

At the pool, there are tennis courts, a picnic area, a beach on Walsh Pond, volleyball court and several beautiful ponds. Having all of the amenities is great. Having great sidewalks and walking trails to walk back and forth to the amenities makes this neighborhood one of the most popular non-gated communities in Windermere.
