Reserve at Belmere is in Northern Windermere Florida.

The Reserve at Belmere is a guarded and gated luxury home community. The community is separate from Belmere Village and just to the South of it. The main entrance is on the West side of Maguire Road. There is another entrance on opposite side of the community on Windermere Road. Both entrances are attractive and noticeable and the neighborhood does not disappoint.

The Homes in the Reserve at Belmere.

The first homes were built in 2002. The homes in this community range in size from 2,022 to 7,500 sf. not including the garages. There may be a variation but not from my records. The variation would most likely be a larger home. Homes in The Reserve at Belmere have sold for nearly three million dollars.

There is a lake in this community named Lake Whitney.

Lake Whitney is a 40-acre lake encompassed by the community. There are also 12 smaller ponds providing waterfront and water view for many of the homes in the Reserve at Belmere. Near the center of the community there is an activities center and park on Lake Whitney. At the park, there is a tennis court, sport court, volleyball court and a small pier for community use. The pier provides an unobstructed beautiful view of the entire lake.   

Most of your shopping if you want to stay very local will be at the Plantation Grove Shopping center. It is just ¾ of a mile North and has a Publix Supermarket, several shops, boutiques and some restaurants. There are actually many shops at this intersection.

Just a few minutes to your South and you will drive through historic Windermere Florida. A beautiful small-town rich with history and culture. Not to mention Lake Butler and the Butler Chain of Lakes. If you are looking for one of the premier luxury gated communities then the Reserve at Belmere is a great place to buy a home.
