Pearl Lake or Pearl Lake Park as some call it is a community of homes around Pearl Lake in Gotha Florida. The lake and community are located approximately 7.5 miles West of downtown Orlando. You can easily find the community by looking on a map South of health Central South which is the hospital in Ocoee Florida.

Pearl lake Park is a mixed community. Meaning other subdivisions also have homes in this same area. Pearl Lake does contain most of the homes on the Southern end of Twin Lakes Dr. The community actually stretches East on Crystal St. all of the way to Division Ave. Pearl Lake is a beautiful lake with an average depth of less than 10 feet. It has a surface area of 16.4 acres.

The homes in the Pearl Lake community range in size from approximately 1,056 to over 4,000 square feet. There are some very nice homes on this lake. The Homes were built between 1918 and 2017. 100 years of homes on this lake. I believe that this is the only community in Gotha that can make that claim. Obviously even in the early 1900’s people knew a great location when they saw it.

The only bad thing about this community is there are so few homes they rarely are on the market. In the last 5 years only 7 homes have sold. This is probably because the location is just so incredible. You have beautiful shaded lakefront homes only ½ of a mile from a major hospital and a Walmart Supercenter. The community is also within 2 miles of the West Oaks Shopping Mall in Ocoee. You can even watch a movie there at the AMC 14 West Oaks theater.

Pearl Lake is a secret enclave near modern civilization. The only trick is catching a Pearl Lake home for sale.
