The Vineyards is a community of homes in Western Windermere Florida.

The Vineyards is a KB Homes community located on the West side of Ficquette Road 3.7 miles South of The Daniel Webster Western Beltway 429 Toll Road. The entrance to the Vineyards is easy to notice. It is a 2-lane entrance proudly proclaiming the name with two large community signs one on each side of the entrance. There is also a large V on a column in the meridian between the lanes.  Upon entering the community, you will see that there are large ponds, a community pool and a children’s playground. The community is relatively new. The first homes were built in 2013. There are both single family homes and townhomes in The Vineyards and the prices range from just over $200,000 to $500,000. This is a very attractive community and when you drive through it you will notice that it seems easy and not cluttered. The large open areas really help the aesthetics.

There is a lot of modernization going on in this area.

New homes, stores, shops and schools are showing up everywhere. This is Windermere Florida and you could say that it has been discovered. Here in Windermere we have the best lakes in Florida, the best golf and I am pretty sure that we have the best theme parks. Just to the North of the Vineyards Ficquette Road turns into Winter Garden Vineland Road. Windermere High School is just to the North less than 1 mile. The 429 mentioned earlier will get you to downtown Orlando in 20 minutes. Universal Resort usually in the same time frame. Disney is 5-10 minutes South. There are also great golf courses all around you. If you are looking for a great location with affordable homes then a home for sale in the Vineyards may be perfect for you.
