Millionaires Row is a group of mostly Lakefront homes on Lake Sheen and Pocket Lake. Millionaires Row is located in Orlando Florida and is not a gated community.

Many of the homes on Millionaires Row are gated homes. Some of the homes could easily please the richest people in the world and a few are within the reach of many residents in this local area. The homes in this subdivision are located on Kilgore Rd. South of the Orange County Sportsman’s Association. The OCSA is easily recognized by their sign and the fact it is the only large marina and boat ramp on Kilgore Rd.

Just after you pass this marina you will notice that the homes get spectacular. The average length of a driveway on the West side of this part of Kilgore Rd. is 300’. Several of the driveways are paved or even made of pavers. This is quite possibly the nicest strip of homes in this part of Florida.

Several of the homes on Millionaires Row are in excess of 10,000 square feet of living area.

Since there is no community sign many local residents do not know this subdivision even exists. However, any who have traveled down Kilgore Rd will most likely remember at least several of the homes.

There are several communities in this area with million-dollar homes. Some people prefer to have a gated community with neighbors. Some people prefer to have neighbors at a little more distance. Those are the type of people who will want to live on Millionaires Row.
