Lake Roberts Landing is a gated community in Winter Garden Florida.

Lake Roberts landing is located on South side of Stoneybrook West Parkway on the Northernmost shore of beautiful Lake Roberts.

Lake Roberts Landing has only one entrance.

It is a gated electronic entrance and clearly marked with a light-colored concrete wall on the West side of the entrance. You will need to slow down if approaching from Winter Garden Vineland Road or you may pass it. Slow down and be in the Right-hand lane when you see oncoming traffic. The community looks as if it is joined with Waterford Pointe but it is not.

Lake Roberts Landing is comprised of approximately 56 homes.

There is no community pool or playground. There is a community fishing pier and there is a large community pond and fountain. There are 9 lakefront homes and 25 waterfront homes on the pond. The homes range in size from 2,538 sf. to 5,174 sf. of living space. Most of the homes were constructed between 2008 and 2010 with a couple of newer exceptions. As you can tell by the size of the homes this is a luxury home community. The entrance is attractive and when you enter the community does not disappoint.

As nice as Lake Robert Landing is its location definitely makes it more desirable.

From its entrance, you can turn East or West. This allows the residents to drive straight to The Winter Garden Village or The Daniel Webster Western Beltway (429) Toll Road. The Winter Garden Village has a Lowes Hardware, Target Super Center, LA Fitness, numerous restaurants, shops and boutiques. In total almost ½ of a square mile of shops and parking.

The 429 will get you to downtown Orlando, Universal Orlando Resort or Upscale Shopping at the Mall at Millenia all in under 25 minutes. Lake Roberts Landing has beautiful homes and an incredible location.
