Johns Landing is a lakefront community in Winter Garden Florida.

John’s Landing is located on the Northern Shore of John’s Lake Between on the Western Side of Winter Garden Florida just below West Colonial Drive. The communities only entrance is on the Eastern side of Remington Road.

Not only is this a lakefront community but there are 3 large ponds in the community which allows many of the homes to be waterfront homes. There are a wide variety of homes here. The homes vary in size from 1,621 sf. to over 7,500 sf. of living space. The homes were mostly built between 2000 and 2008. The subdivision looks fantastic inside and is very well maintained. If you are not able to purchase a lakefront home you will no doubt be happy to hear that there is a community boat ramp inside of John’s Landing. The lakefront homes have the greatest view of John’s Lake. It is 1.6 miles due South to the southern shore.

John’s Lake has a surface area of 2,439-acres. That is nearly 4 square miles of lake. That is larger than most lakes in central Florida. Plenty of room for watersports of any kind and a great deal of fishing, sightseeing with visiting guests or family or just out enjoying nature on a paddleboard or Kayak

John’s Landing is a community that sells itself.

The location is great, it is a gated community, on one of the best lakes in the area and in a great location for commuting. Clermont is to the West just a few miles. On your way there, you will pass 2 supermarkets and many other shops and stores. If you choose to go East on West Colonial Drive then within minutes you are in the heart of Winter Garden Florida. To make the location even better there is access to the Florida Turnpike less than .5 miles away. John’s Landing is a really great choice for a lakefront community.
