Johns Lake Pointe is a community in Winter Garden Florida. John’s Lake Pointe is a beautiful community with many luxury homes located between Avalon Road and John’s Lake approximately .6-miles South of The Florida Turnpike.

John’s Lake Pointe is a community with many homes in it. It is a beautiful community with a grand entrance and beautiful ponds and fountains. The community also has a very nice amenities center, community pool, children’s playground and tennis courts all centrally located. There are no lakefront homes but there are water view homes and the community is in close proximity to John’s Lake and Black Lake. Immediately South of the community on Avalon Road is John’s Lake Conservation area. The homes in this community range in size from 1,640 to over 5,500 sf. of living space. The majority of the homes have been completed since 2007.

John’s Lake Pointe is a great community. Sooner or later you will need to leave the community and go to work, recreation or shopping. One-mile North is West Colonial Drive. This road has been a trade route to Orlando for 100 years. Businesses have always flocked to it. Most of the things you will need can be found on this road and fairly close to your new home. There are also a lot of government buildings on West Colonial Drive.

To your South is Stoneybrook West Village. At the Village, there is a Publix Supermarket, childcare, shops, stores and restaurants.  The Publix here is very similar in distance to the one on West Colonial Drive. Another great option is the Winter Garden Village.  The Winter Garden Village has almost ½ of a square mile of shops, stores, restaurants and parking. This is one of the most popular shopping locations in the area because of the variety.
