Granada Villas is located on the South side of Sand Lake Rd. and the East side of South Apopka Vineland Rd. For those from outside the area it is located 2.5 Southwest of Universals Orlando Resort.
There are 3 entrances to this lovely neighborhood. One is on South Apopka Vineland Rd. and two are on the East side of the subdivision. They are located on The Esplanade. This is a beautiful community of homes located near the heart of the area known as Dr. Phillips.
The community was initially designed to provide a home for anyone’s needs. There are over 25 cul-de-sacs inside of the community. The homes on those have irregular shaped lots and very little traffic. Having the entrances on 3 corners of the community helps keep the traffic flow down even more. The homes in this neighborhood were built in sizes ranging from approximately 1,132 square feet to 2,541 square feet of living area. The community mostly completed between the years 1984 to 1988. This community and the surrounding ones were placed here because of the great location. Dr. Phillis is well known for its shopping and dining. To make things even better Universal’s Parks are all just minutes away. Interstate 4 can be reached in 5 minutes to expedite your commute anywhere in the area.
