Fullers Landing is a community in Winter Garden Florida.

Fuller’s Landing is located on the South side of East Fullers Cross Road on the East side of Lake Apopka. It is approximately ½ way between Lake Apopka and the Daniel Webster Western Beltway (429) Toll Road.

Fullers Landing is a non-gated community.

The community has approximately 63 homes with no community park or community pool. It is 1.6 miles to Newton Park. Newton Park is an excellent park on lake Apopka. It has a boat launch, fishing pier and a playground. Farnsworth community pool is also there. The homes in Fuller’s Landing were built in 2205-2006 and vary in size from 2090 to 3920 square feet. Overall this community is well maintained and in a good location. There has been a lot of modernization in this part of Winter Garden in the last few years.

The reason for that modernization is the location. Not only are you so close to Winter garden and Lake Apopka but this community is close to two 429 access points. One to the South just minutes away and one to the North by the Publix Supermarket at Fountains West just 2 miles away. This allows great commuting for work or to enjoy the theme parks etc.

Locally you have several choices for golfing or shopping. You will quickly find your way around this area. It does not take long and there is plenty of parks and things to do. Winter Garden is a modern city rich in its’ history and culture. Plant Street is one of the places you will find a lot of interesting places and important offices. Centennial Park is the name of the main center of attractions there.
