Falcon Pointe is one of the few gated communities in Gotha Florida. Falcon Pointe is located South of Old Winter Garden Road and North of State Road 408. Its only entrance is on the East side of Hempel Avenue. The entrance is a 3-lane road and very clearly marked. There are Falcon Pointe Signs on both sides letting you know that you have arrived.

Falcon Pointe is a gated community consisting of 95 homes. The homes in this neighborhood vary in size from approximately 1,885 square feet to 2,971 square feet of living space. These numbers are from public records and very few homes in the community were not included. Most of this subdivision was built between 1999-2003. Some of the things you will notice about Falcon Pointe when driving around in it are there are sidewalks on both sides of every street and there are a lot of mature trees giving shade. The homes all appear to be well maintained which suggest a certain pride of ownership.

Falcon Pointe is in Northernmost Gotha. Located on Hempel Avenue which was named after the gentleman who actually founded Gotha. Gotha is a charming town but lacks a few things most of us like close to our homes. Thankfully they are all within 2 miles of this community. Health Central Hospital in Ocoee is 1 mile away. There is a Walmart Supercenter there and many other restaurants, shops and services. Not to mention West Colonial Road which actually goes all of the way to Downtown Orlando. West Colonial is a 100-year old road that started off as a trade route and really never changed. There are many shops, stores, service providers and boutiques all along this road. You will probably never have a need that can’t be met close to home.
