Cypress Reserve is located on the East side of Avalon Road on the North side of Black Lake. This is a community of newer homes and in a highly sought-after location.
Its’ entrance is just East of Sunridge Elementary school. The homes range in size from 2,200 square feet to just under 4,300. There are 152 home sites in this community and there is a community pool and playground.
Just 3 miles North of it is Plant Street. Plant Street is the most historic and culturally rich part of Winter Garden. This is also a great place to go and get to know the city. Centennial Park is a great place to go for a walk or even a meal on your time off. Clark Gable used to walk these same streets on the weekends. The railroad, Oranges and Lake Apopka made Winter Garden what it is today.
There are many great things about Cypress Reserve but after you select the home for sale and close the deal you will eventually want to enjoy this wonderful area. Cypress Reserve is in a great place to do that from. Access to the Florida Turnpike is less than 10 minutes to the North. Access to the Daniel Webster Western Beltway (the 429) is about the same but to the South. Either of these roads will get you to Downtown Orlando, Universal Orlando Resort, Volcano Bay or one of Disney’s many attractions in no time.
Shopping is even easier. You will likely be using Stoneybrook West Village. There is a Publix Supermarket, Childcare, Restaurants and much more there. All minutes from Cypress Reserve. Cypress Reserve has a lot to offer besides the beautiful homes for sale.
