Cross Creek is a gated community in Ocoee Florida.

Cross Creek has two main entrances one is on the East side of Maguire Road and there is another on the Northern side of Moore Road. Both use electronic admittance.

Cross Creek has a large entrance on Maguire Road that is shared with Key Isle who also has a community sign at the main entrance.

After you drive into Cross Creek you can see the large amenities center. There is a community pool, tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court and children’s playground. There is also plenty of parking spaces for residents to use when visiting any of these amenities. There are 6 ponds which provide water view and in some cases waterfront for many of the communities’ homes.

Cross Creek is a community of 322 homes. The homes here vary in size from approximately 1,409 sf. to 3,316 sf. of living space. That calculation does not include garages etc. Most of the homes in the community were built between 1994-2000. It is normal for communities of this size to be built in phases and take several years. Most importantly when you drive up to the community and through it, you see that it is a beautiful place to live.

This part of Ocoee has quite a few subdivisions and they are large.

The reasons that this area was chosen for these communities is ability to commute, lifestyle of the area and the availability of daily necessities. Commuting to downtown Orlando, Universal Orlando Resort or the most popular malls in Orlando can all be done in about 20 minutes. Thankfully though there is a Publix Supermarket, convenience stores, restaurants and much more all right outside of the gated community entrances.
