Country Lakes Estates is in Winter Garden Florida.

Country Lakes Estates is located on the West side of Winter Garden Vineland Road and The Eastern side of Black Lake. The community also has homes on the North side of Lake Tilden.

Country Lakes Estates is a non-gated community.

The community has one very attractive entrance with community signs on both sides of it. The road you enter on is Country Estate Drive. That road becomes Lake Tilden Boulevard on the South side of the community where the lakefront homes on Lake Tilden are. Country Lakes is a community of approximately 51 homes/ home sites. Eleven of those homes are lakefront on Black Lake and twelve homes are lakefront homes on Lake Tilden. Most of the community was built between 1983 and 1999. The homes range in size from just over 2,000 to over 5,500 square feet of living area.

Black Lake is a 212-acre lake and Lake Tilden has 40-acres of surface area.

The two lakes are joined by channel. Most importantly Black Lake is joined via channel to Lake Down. Lake Down is a 2,439-acre lake. County Lake Estates has its own Boat Ramp and fairly nice facilities at the ramp. Probably the nicest community boating facilities in Winter Garden.

Country Lakes has nice homes but you will want to venture out for a change of pace or to go shopping. Thankfully Country Lakes in in a great location. Your new home is less than one mile from the Winter Garden Village. The Winter Garden Village is approximately ½ of a square mile of shopping, dining and parking. Lowes Hardware, Target Supercenter, LA Fitness, Best Buy and Bonefish Grill to just name a few. Or the Daniel Webster Western Beltway (429) can have you downtown Orlando or the theme parks in 20 minutes. This community truly has much to offer. There is not always a home for sale in Country Lakes, when there is it is worth taking a very close look.
