Bradford Creek is a community in Winter Garden Florida.

Bradford Creek is located on Daniels Road and Winter Garden Vineland Road. There are two sections to this community. One is on the West side of Winter Garden Vineland .6 miles South of the Florida Turnpike. Directly across from its entrance is the second part of Bradford Creek which also has an entrance on Daniels Road.

If you are familiar with builders as we are at Wendy Morris Realty you will recognize that name as a quality builder. Bradford Creek is made up of approximately 120 homes/ home sites and the sizes of the homes range from 2,400 to just over 4,000 square feet of living space. Both communities have very nice community parks and the homes blend into the natural surroundings very well. Bradford Creek is one of the nicer communities in this part of Winter Garden.

There are just so many things to do close to this area and when you combine that with the commuting ability that you have from here it is tough to beat. Just to the North is W Colonial Drive and 2 miles North is Plant Street. West Colonial Drive has many places you will want to learn the location of. The West Oaks Mall is 5.5 miles West from Bradford Creek and en route you pass the Health Central Hospital in Ocoee. W Colonial has many shops and stores and goes to downtown Orlando.

South of the community you have the Daniel Webster Western Beltway (429). This road will take you to downtown Orlando, Universal Orlando Resort or Disney’s Magic Kingdom in just 20 minutes or so. Just North of the 429 is the Winter Garden Village which has nearly ½ of a square mile of shopping and parking. Bradford Creek is popular for more than its beautiful homes for sale.
