Avalon Reserve is a small community located on The Western Side of Avalon Road and East of Johns Lake. This is a non-gated community.
The majority of the homes were built between 2013 and 2015. The homes vary in size from 2,291-4,795 square feet of living area. Living area does not include the garage size in this calculation.
The entrance is on the West side of Avalon Road immediately North of where Stoneybrook West Parkway intersects with Avalon Road. When you enter Avalon Reserve you will see the community park that overlooks the large central pond and fountain. There is no community pool but the park is very nice. There are sidewalks on both sides of Vinsetta Circle which is the only road in Avalon Reserve.
The reason homes for sale in this and other local communities attract so much attention is the location. Avalon Reserve is not the only newer community here because of Johns Lake, Local Schools, Local Shopping and the proximity of the Daniel Webster Western Beltway (429).
At the Stoneybrook West Village there is a Publix Supermarket, child care, restaurants and many assorted stores. Of course, Stoneybrook West Golf Club is also very close by.
Another great thing about the homes for sale here is Johns Lake. Johns Lake offers several square miles of space for watersports of all kinds. If watersports are of interest to you the Butler Chain of Lakes is just a few miles away.
Although you will never need to go far from home you will eventually want to visit a local theme park, go experience downtown Orlando or possibly pick up friends or family at Orlando International Airport.
