Over the past few days we have been making essential changes to our main office web site as well as some of our web sites for various locations. Whilst all our platforms are fully operational work is still underway on the following web sites.Along with their individual performance performing ranking , we want to find out what our existing audience thinks of our sites. When you’ve spent a lot of time working behind the scenes as we do, one can also forget what it feels like on the other side.I want to Find out what our audience likes and of course dislikes, as well as what features or content of our site you value. Work underway at current is listed below. A survey will be going out later this year.
www.WindermereHomes.net This is our main office site and the main pages being updated are the main community sections and the MLS data and how its presented for both mobile and desktop versions of the site.We are adding many extra features .Estimated time left to complete these sections is 3 days from the time of writing. The main office site is the primary focus of all behind the scenes.
www.LakelandLuxuryHomes.com This site is our very newest Venture ( And Baby ) headed up by our Broker Associate Damon Duvall. Its the most comprehensive city web site of its kind in the area and whilst now 99 percent operational there is work on the directories and mapping under way at current.
www.ClermontluxuryProperty.com Another well established web site under going a major overhaul as we continue to expand our operations in the Clermont Area. The site is awaiting new images for the community section and under going essential updates to the Mid Florida MLS data feeds.Work will be completed inside of 14 days
www.WindermereShortSales.net One of our sites we have thankfully not seen as much business with of late but in certain areas we are seeing changes. The Site is geared towards Banks and lenders and our REO work but we are updating all sections to include Foreclosures and Short Sales direct to the public in our Primary areas.
I am hoping these essential updates cause as little disruption as possible to our clients and I thank you all for you patience as we steam ahead with these exciting changes in 2020
