Weatherstone is a small gated community in Northeastern Windermere Florida.

Weatherstone is very much a luxury home community. There are only a 9 lakefront homes inside of its gated entrance and less than 5 non-lakefront homes. The lots are large enough to actually enjoy having your own personnel yard while still looking residential. The lakefront homes are on the Northern shore of Lake Olivia. Lake Olivia is a beautiful lake and the lakefront homes have a great view of it. The lake has a surface area of 86-acres and is encompassed by many other beautiful homes.

Most of the homes in Weatherstone were built after 2000.

Most if not all of the homes are over 4,000 sf. and two homes are over 7,000 sf of living space. Living space does not include garages etc. There is no community park of community pool however Gotha Park is .5 miles to the West of the entrance. Gotha is a historic town with a fascinating history. It also has Hempel Ave which is a beautiful road you will use when commuting Westward. South Apopka Vineland Road is just to the East and it is also a great road for commuting to many of the places you will travel to the East.

Weatherstone is much closer to many of the places we have all grown accustomed to than it initially seams. There is a Walmart Supercenter and a Hospital just 2 miles to the North in Ocoee. To your West even closer is the Plantation Grove Shopping Center with a Publix Supermarket, a Fire Station and many shops, boutiques and restaurants. Of-course the theme parks are close, great golf can be enjoyed in many locations close to Weatherstone and all of the culture and lifestyle of downtown Orlando is close enough to easily visit. All things considered if there is a home for sale in Weatherstone it is definitely worth closer inspection and consideration.
