Hello , its almost thanksgiving and we are preparing for a well deserved day off . I am getting together with friends and family to have some quality time out.
The lead up to Thanksgiving has however been very busy with several exciting projects finally reaching completion. We have developed new web sites for strategic locations in addition to our existing Windermere and Sarasota web sites. The locations going live are Tampa , Orlando , Winter Garden and Clermont . In between the creation of our new web sites we have been very busy building a new site for our Title Company ( Equitable Title ) and all sites are due to go live in the very near future.

These figures are not just vanity it means we expose your property to a far greater audience than any other firm .Why limit a properties exposure to market by listing with a franchise who spends big $ on its premises ? Does this sell a house ? No is the answer. For sure we have very nice office locations but our marketing of property on line is paramount to our continued success
This is a changing and emerging market with most Real estate companies cutting back on office locations and overhead and realizing to even survive in this digital age their online presence must be world class.
Our Sarasota site ( www.sarasoatluxuryproperty.net ) caused controversy in a very difficult market . It simply woke Realtors up to the fact that in order to compete you need to have world class web solutions .Many of the top Realtors have left brand name brokerages in Sarasota to start their own brokerages and reduce overheads as many of the major franchises shut their doors. We were past believers in the franchise concept ourselves having 50 % ownership of a well known franchise name and have since been approached by two other franchises to re brand in their name. Whilst We are proud of the Brand Value and recognition of Wendy Morris Realty , its not the company name which just sells a house , its the individuals within the company and their ability to market and sell property.
