Realtor Awards and Agent Success

A slightly belated post but work has been rather hectic since our return from the Dominion Republic. I arrived back to find out a few things had happened so starting out with my own news ,I was given a copy of the Orlando City Magazine which had released figures of the top 200 Brokers and Realtors out of the 15500 locally. I was pleased to say I had made the top 10 in the first quarter of 2018 . Its always a very fierce market here in Windermere at best so it also confirms if you are looking to Buy or Sell you should be calling myself 407 575 5392 now ! 

From 2012 to current day I have featured always in the top one percent.

Moving on to my Sales Associates 

Congratulations to Mike Horton and Kevin Strawter for completing their GRI examinations

I am a stickler to ensure that all our Staff are highly trained and we do not simply collect agents for the sake of numbers on deck. If they cannot perform they are dead to us and to yourselves. They have both achieved a very high standard of business excellence along with our other Sales Associates who also hold these qualifications .

I must also mention Damon Duvall our guru with e commerce and digital marketing is mid way through his Brokers Exam . Wishing Damon all the best with this tough exam.

Jenny Dunn went Green....... Not with envy but took her " Green Certification "
