I am extremely excited to finally have the new look web sire for Wendy Morris Realty.Updates are being made daily as we roll out many new features embracing the technology we have at our disposal for 2018. The new years not really started and already we have in excess of 15 new homes in Construction for clients with one of the largest homes we have been involved with which exceeds 15,000 in total on the Butler Chain of lakes. We will try and highlight some of the new projects as we move forward . 2018 is going to be a great year !

I have just recently returned from the Caribbean having had my first true break and feel more focused than ever to take on new challenges and gain further market share here in Windermere. We are currently putting together a new team of Professionals who will be able to embrace the technology we have available to better serve our clients whether buying or selling a Home.

For our Property Management which has also grown at a very fast pace during 2017 we are also in the process of launching a state of the art web site for Tenants and Landlords . Its due to go live in mid 2018.
