David is a Partner in the firm and also married to Wendy Upon leaving school David went on to college to study a HND in electrical engineering and settle down to work in the trade. Not content with a 9 - 5 occupation Davids entrepreneurial spirit soon started to show through. In the the early 80s David started a small Video wholesale company supplying several Hundred stores in the UK , this led on to other media interests including the partnership in a Cinema & Video chain

In the Mid 80s David decided to take time out having sold the company and ventured to the South of France. Here David put his electrical and mechanical engineering skills to good use taking employment on super yachts . Starting at the bottom of the ladder David took course after course resulting in his yacht master Ocean and commercial tickets leading to a very illustrious few years working on some of the best know Super yachts in the world , Donald Trump , Robert Maxwell , Richard Branson were just some of the famous employers David spent time with . 

Returning to the UK and meeting his future wife Wendy , collectively they purchased a Dept store and Distribution centre and worked this business to mid 2004 . From a humble beginning the company emerged from a small independent Retailer / Distribution centre supplying govt and in excess 0f 800 independent stores around the UK to being the third largest independent store in the UK in the baby and toddler Market .In the early days of the entering in to retail David honed his IT skills from a passion of computers gained in the early days of IBM . It was this commercial edge which took the company in a new direction and at the peak of his retailing career the e.commerce boom was just starting and David ventured in to on line retailing and astonishingly ended up being listed in FT 100 It was then David was approached by a major Blue chip firm looking to acquire his company. 

The offer was simply too good to refuse and today sees David running the international marketing and IT side of the firm Wendy Morris Realty.  Never thinking his IT expertise and marketing would have any use in the world of Real estate David again saw an opportunity to develop on line marketing to give global exposure to the homes his firm lists. Wendy Morris Realty has a on line presence many firms can only dream about and David ensures that this exposure is used to the MAX to achieve the companies primary objective  SALES
