Wendy was born and raised in the United kingdom and moved to Florida in early 2003 after the sale of her company to National Retailer in the UK. The Business had been created over a period of ten years and seen major expansion. The Venture started out as a small single retail store and ended up prior to selling as a going concern with a Dept Store and a large distribution centre comprising of five warehouses supplying government organizations and over 800 independent stores across the UK

Upon Emigrating to the USA Wendy quickly became familiar with the local areas of Windermere and Dr Phillips and can't imagine calling any other area home. Her knowledge of the property and communities are second to none and Real estate is a passion with Wendy Working seven days a week with clients from around the Globe. She never thought she would step in the career her husband had been involved with for many years as a small developer and property speculator, however the countless hours of looking at homes in Europe had prepared her well for the role Wendy undertakes today.
