Westminster Landing is a gated community in Orlando Florida.

Westminster Landing is located on the East side of S Apopka Vineland Rd. directly across from Windy Ridge Rd. If you are from outside of this area it is about 7.7 miles West-Southwest from downtown Orlando Florida.

This community is a very nice gated community.

There are lots of wide open spaces and beautiful ponds. Many of these homes have fantastic views and the community park is also very nice. It is a memorial park and definitely worth stopping by. The community at first glance looks to have a guardhouse at the entrance. It actually is just a very nice place for someone to get out of the sun or a Florida shower and wait. The gate is electronically opened by residents at the small bldg. If you proceed into the community and avoid the temptation to stray off to see the beautiful homes then you will reach the community park. This is a good vantage point to see some wide-open spaces in Westminster Landing. In todays’ world of expensive real estate, it is nice to still have views like this.

Westminster Landing’s homes are definitely luxury homes.

The homes were built in sizes ranging from 2,268 sf to over 4,600 sf. Respectable numbers and as much room as most families will want or need. The community was built in 1997 to 2001.

There are several things about this community that are easy to miss at first glance. It is less than 5 miles from the Health Central Hospital in Ocoee. It is also very close to the Grove Shopping Center and the Shoppes at Windermere which are to its’ South. There are many reasons a home here deserves further investigation.
