Welcome to the New Blog layout of Wendy Morris Realty 

We asked the Question ,Do you want us to enter the blogosphere like a quiet librarian enters a classroom, or do you want us to rock the stage? I am definitely one to rock stuff out and in this article I will share these changes we are making that will further enhance our company and your Homes with our Marketing

To give our new blog an exciting launch, our blog needs to be valuable to our target audience, otherwise our hard work will be in vain.

We asked ourselves a few simple questions “Does our blog provide something that a thousand other blogs don’t?” and concluded If we don’t have something special to offer, no one will care when we launch or how we launch.

There will always be a certain category of blogs that will not qualify for a special launch and it is up to us to determine if our blog fits the right category.

Now let’s look at several ways that we are about to launch our new blog with a ‘bang’ to offer factual information on the Windermere and Dr Phillips property markets and more.

You asked for information about the local markets of Windermere and Dr phillips . You wanted to see more images of the area and information regarding the A graded Schools that Windermere and Dr Phillips have to offer , You wanted more information on Bank owned specials and more detailed information on short sales assistance. Many of you asked about the lifestyle and leisure of central Florida and as such we will be posting our own experiences . From the fundamental basics of simply buying cars , our own experience of purchasing homes as foreign nationals and so forth. One major change you are about to see is our expansion into the Orlando , Kissimmee and Clermont Real Estate Markets .

All of this will feature in our weekly blog posts and your feedback is welcomed. We also invite applications for guest Bloggers to submit your articles weekly. So if you are a Mortgage Broker , Local Bank , Politician and so forth conducting business in the Greater Orlando area I welcome your weekly input
