Sandy Ridge Davenport Florida is a non-gated community of homes. Sandy Ridge is located about 5 miles south-southeast of Disney. The main entrance is clearly marked with a red brick sign. The entrance road is Sandy Ridge Dr. and is located on the south side of Osceola Park Line Rd.

Sandy Ridge is a community of approximately 365 traditional Florida homes. There are no condos or townhomes in this community. There are quite a few ponds that are smaller but have homes which overlook them. The majority of this community is surrounded by woodlands making it a very private community and very low trafficked other than the residents. The significant features of Sandy Ridge ore that many of the homes have private pools but are quite affordable compared to what would be the local competition. Combining that with the local themed parks and the proximity of Interstate-4 this is an ideal community for vacationers or those that work and want access to I-4 for commuting purposes.

They vary from a 1,508 sf. 3 bedroom and 3 bath home up to a 2,446 sf. 5 bedroom and 4 bath home. Due to the number of homes in this neighborhood there are normally homes for sale.
