N Sync star Joey Fatone's Central Florida home for $3.3 million.

A family from China has purchased former `N Sync star Joey Fatone's Central Florida home for $3.3 million.

The family closed on the 12,370-square-foot Windermere-area home Friday after the house had been on the market for more than a year.

It was listed for more than $5 million last year.

The house has six bedrooms, 10 baths and a million-dollar, resort-style pool. One of the noteworthy features is an air-conditioned garage that accommodates six vehicles and has a full kitchen, bath and rotating floors.

Fatone hosted NBC's show "The Singing Bee" and was a celebrity finalist on "Dancing With the Stars."
