Lakeview Heights is a small community in Gotha FL. Lakeview heights is located on the Western Bank of Lake Rose and on the Eastern side of Woodlawn Cemetery Road. Lake Rose is located 7.33 miles due West of downtown Orlando Florida and South of the Spessard L. Holland East West Expressway (Toll Road).

Lakeview Heights is comprised of approximately 19 homes and home sites.  These are mostly lakefront or Lakeview homes and Spence Pointe community is located approximately ½ of the way through the community. All of the street addresses for Lakeview Heights are Cemetery Road addresses. There are no known other street names in this community. Most of these homes were built between 1980 and the early 2000’s. There are a couple that were built in the 1920’s and the 1930’s making them some of the oldest in Gotha. Using the local Multiple Listing Service used by all brokerages in this area the homes seem to range in sizes from approximately 1,792 sf. to 4,300 sf. of living space. There is one home with less than 900 but only 1.

Since these homes are on the Western side of Lake Rode they will enjoy the sunrise over the lake if they choose. Not many of us can say we have ever had that opportunity in our own home. Lake Rose is a beautiful lake and has a surface area of approximately 93.5 acres. That is plenty of room for watersports or some sport fishing. If you prefer it is not far from some of the best lakes in all of Florida. Lake Butler and Lake Down are just a couple of miles to the South.

Shopping from Lakeview Heights is also fairly close by. There is a Lowes Hardware, West Oaks Mall, Health Central Hospital and a Walmart Supercenter all within 2.5 miles to the North of Lakeview Heights.
