There are times that are both scheduled and not scheduled when the home will need to be inspected. We will inspect the home before the renter moves into the home, we will be with the tenant and when the tenant inspects the home before moving in. Whenever there is a reason to inspect the home for potential damage or unauthorized occupancy we will also inspect the home. When move out is completed the home will again be inspected and its condition professionally documented.
When there is damage to the home or repairs are needed we have a list of contractors in the area who have proven they do quality work, respond when called and are at least competitive on their pricing. We have contractors reach out to us trying to get our business on a regular basis. There is no shortage of repairmen and the appreciate repeat business. This allows us to often pass on savings to you. While keeping your stress level low.
