Emerson Pointe is a lakefront gated community in Orlando Florida.

Emerson Pointe is on the Eastern shore of Lake Chase and the Northeast shore of Lake Tibet is what is commonly called Dr. Phillips Florida. This community is nestled in the middle of some very prime real estate right next to the lakes of the Bay Hill Golf Course and The Isle of Osprey community.

Emerson Pointe is one of the most exclusive places to live in Florida.

There are very few homes in Emerson Pointe that ever come up for re-sale. Many people in this area are not even aware that it is here. This portion of Bay Side Dr. has very little traffic unless the drivers are going to the Isle of Osprey or Emerson Pointe. As you approach the entrance you can see the entrance sign buy not the guard house unless you get closer. The blacktop turns to redbrick pavers and you can see your first Waterfront home in the distance behind the gate.

There are only a select few homes inside of the gated entrance.

There is only one entrance to Emerson Pointe. The homes here are all luxury high end homes. The homes range in size from 3,200 sf. to well over 8,000 sf. of living area. Some of the finest builders in the Orlando area have built the homes in this neighborhood. In the previous five years homes have sold for prices ranging up to $2,500,000. There are some homes which are not lakefront homes which sell for less. Emerson Pointe Way and Emerington Crescent are the roads most of the lakefront estates are on.
