Daniels Landing is located between Daniels Road and Winter Garden Vineland Road approximately one quarter of a mile South of the Florida Turnpike.

Daniels Landing is a large townhome community consisting of a lot of townhomes.

However, there are still times that there are no townhomes for sale. There is a community clubhouse, children’s play area and a pool. It is located on the Southwest corner near the gate on Winter Garden Vineland Road. The community was constructed in 2004 and 2005 and the townhomes range in size from 1,199 to 1,868. The community looks taken care of and there are plenty of trees and sidewalks. Both entrances are wide and easy to use.

One of the reasons Daniels Landing is so attractive to its residents is the location.

Daniels Landing is a very nice townhome community and it is located between the Florida Turnpike and The Daniel Webster Western Beltway (429). Also, just North is West Colonial Drive and Plant Street. Those are the four primary East West routes by commuters in this area and many of the local shops and businesses are on W Colonial Dr. and Plant Street. On West Colonial Dr. just 3 miles away is the Ocoee Hospital and the Super Walmart. One mile further and you are at The West Oaks Mall and its large cinema. Plant street has all of what is Winter Garden’s unique culture and history.

South of Daniels Landing is the Winter Garden Village and the 429. The Winter Garden Village is the areas preeminent shopping location. There is a Lowes Hardware, LA Fitness, Target Super Center, many restaurants, clothing stores, business supply stores and many other places to keep you shopping or employed. Daniels Landing is in a great location and may be the location for you.
