Bill has created a development company to utilize modular construction systems to build single family and multifamily residential homes. This company had become recognized as the leader in the field in the State of Florida. There were many properties that were considered difficult to build on because of size, zoning, or environmental challenges that became the commonplace of the daily business to find a solution for and build on land that was previously considered unbuildable.
Bill was instrumental in working hand in hand with planning and zoning departments to create a win-win situation that enabled us to develop on land that already had the infrastructure in place but were for one reason or another was not being utilized. The municipality was happy because by working with us to find a solution it was able to realize impact fees, building permits, and taxable property while at the same time achieving growth without the usual urban sprawl. It has received recognition from national companies that produce modular components, local governments, and newspaper editorials.
