Abingdon Hill is in Metrowest which is an area of Orlando Florida which was designed specifically for the residents around the Metrowest golf course. The square footage does not include balconies, patios or garages. On average one home sells in this neighborhood every 2 months. The sales percentage is below 6% implying that this community is relatively stable.
Abingdon Hill is in Metrowest and that means everything is really close to your home and the roads are relatively easy to commute on. There is both a Publix Supermarket and a Walmart Supercenter available and within 2 miles of Abingdon Hill. Each one of those stores has several other shops, restaurants and service providers very near to it. This was the original intent of the Metrowest design.
