Welcome to 2012 with Wendy Morris Realty . We have started the new year off in full swing with two more homes due to close this coming week. Recent listing instructions we have just taken went under contract in under a week so the market is good for clients who price their homes correctly.
Many of you will have been following the updates to the office web sites and the addition of new locations in the latter part of 2012. We now have 9 city specific Web Site locations
For our Agents our systems have been automated allowing our lead referral system to generate leads direct to their cell phones and to be able to use their account manager systems to look after clients and record information in a custom account manager. Its all part of the service we offer our Agents at Wendy Morris Realty free of charge .
Our continued advance into technology ensures our firms clients get the ultimate exposure for their listings and that our Agents benefit from the best office support and administration .

We have also been busy creating additional sites and one we are very proud of is www.Equitabletitle.com Now a great company has a great new look and web site and I strongly recommend the services of Equitable title to all.
Our webmaster has been very busy with his team bringing to you the new designs and layouts whilst creating 100s of pages of new content covering all major Sub Divisions in the Windermere and Clermont locations . We have made our sites easier to navigate and to give you the information you need with the minimum number of clicks of a Mouse .
2011 was a great year for Wendy Morris Realty with excellent results for our clients and we will be updating the 'SOLD" and "Rented" sections later this week .
